Dr. Greg Kempers has been proud to call Colorado home for over 40 years. With a background in emergency medicine and a master’s in Business and Health Administration, he brings a unique blend of clinical experience and personalized care to dentistry.

After earning his dental degree from the University of Colorado—where he graduated *Cum Laude*—Dr. Kempers opened Capstone Dental in 2008. His goal has always been simple: to provide honest, high-quality care for the whole family in a warm and welcoming environment.

When he's not in the office, you’ll likely find him enjoying the outdoors, counseling couples through his church, or making memories with his wife, kids, and ever-growing crew of grandkids.

I began my journey in dentistry in September 2023 and quickly discovered my passion for the field. In March 2024, I stepped into my role as Office Manager at Capstone Dental, where I get to combine my love for organization with creating an exceptional experience for our patients. I believe a smile can change someone’s day, and I love being part of a team that makes that happen. Feedback is always a compliment, so please feel free to share—it helps me grow and continue doing what I love most: giving people a reason to smile.

As an assistant here at Capstone Dental I strive for one thing, to make you smile! I've been a certified EDDA for 4 years now and have loved every single moment of it! I am very dedicated to making sure that not only are my patients comfortable during their experience with me but also are satisfied with the treatment received! I am always striving to learn and grow in my position and to find new ways to show up and be there for the patients and my teammates. As someone who loves teeth, I find pride in making other people love their teeth too! I've been in many different positions of healthcare for the past 10 years now and can definitely agree dental is for me!

I have been a dental hygienist since 2018 and I have loved every moment of my professional journey.  I love to learn and grow and make a difference. As part of that I joined the Air Force to help me contribute to something bigger and to push myself. I'm a seventh generation Coloradan and love this amazing state.   I've been blessed to grown up in.  I spent my childhood riding horses and playing outside of Franktown.   If I am not at work, you can find me outside with my horse practicing for shows, with my dog- working on scent detection work, hiking, hunting or camping.

I have been a dental hygienist for 15 years, mostly part-time because I have four kids at home. My dad, Grandpa, uncle and cousin are all dentists so it is very familiar to me. I firmly believe in being a team player, delivering optimal care and am excited to learn and grow as a dental professional. 

Hi, I’m Monica! I’m originally from Texas and began my dental career as a dental assistant before earning my Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) degree in 2006. I’m passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.

Outside the office, I love spending time outdoors with my husband and our two fur babies, whether it’s exploring new trails or enjoying a relaxing day in nature.

I was in the Navy for 12 years, and deployed during 9/11.  Graduated dental hygiene school in 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona.  I spent most of my career in Phoenix, and outlying areas in northern Arizona, before moving to Denver in March of 2025.  I love hiking, the outdoors, and helping our patients. (Glenn is apart of our Friday team!!) 

I've been part of the front desk team at Capstone Dental since October 2024, and this role has become incredibly meaningful to me. Everyday I have the privilege of connecting with our patients, building genuine relationships, and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. 

Being surrounded by such dedicated colleagues and kind patients has made this experience truly rewarding. It's been an uplifting journey so far, and I'm excited to see what the future holds.
